How can you get a Metro Community Visa Debit Card?

Just open a checking account at any of our branches to see if you qualify for one.

Lost or stolen card?

If you've lost your Metro debit card, you can utilize the Metro Community FCU app to pause it, or call us at (304) 697-4652. If it's after business hours, report the card missing at 1(888) 918-7313.

If your card is going to expire soon, a replacement card will be sent prior to expiration to the address on file.
