WAYCOSE Merger Update

We're excited to announce the successful completion of the merger with WAYCOSE! A warm welcome to all WAYCOSE members joining the Metro Community FCU family. Here are some important updates:

Debit Cards: Members who previously had a debit card with WAYCOSE should have received a new card by now. If you haven't, please contact Metro Community immediately.

Checking Account Holders: Those with checking accounts should have received one complimentary box of checks to kickstart this new chapter. If you require additional checks, don't hesitate to reach out.

Online Assistance: Need assistance with our online platform? We're here to help! Call us for guidance on downloading the app and logging into our website.

Update 8/22/2023

As we approach our merger date of October 1st, 2023, we want to keep you informed about the ongoing process.

We're currently in the process of creating accounts on our systems, and we have an important update regarding the delivery of your new debit card. In the next couple of weeks, if you are a holder of a debit card with WAYCOSE, you will be receiving a new Metro Community Debit card. It's important to note that these new debit cards will be delivered in unmarked envelopes. Therefore, we kindly advise you to carefully open all your incoming mail during this period, as your new card could be included within an unassuming envelope.

Once you receive your new debit card, please proceed with its activation and the selection of your personal PIN. It's crucial to remember that this newly received card will only become operational starting October 1st, 2023. Until this date, please continue to utilize your existing WAYCOSE debit card for any financial transactions.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with WAYCOSE directly. Alternatively, you can also contact Metro's customer service for any inquiries you may have. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this transitional phase.
