Due to recent requests by the Public Health Departments and the CDC (center for disease control) Metro Community Federal Credit Union has decided to observe the social distance policy recommended by both these federal agencies.

As of March 16TH, 2020 in order to protect the health of our staff and members, the Credit Union will only be doing person to person transactions through the drive up facility.  The lobby will not be open.

We feel that with the many services offered through our technology services being electronically delivered, this action should not disrupt serving our members financial needs.

ATM’s online banking products, ACH direct deposits, and being able to have members do electronic signatures are just a few of the means members can conduct their financial needs.

For those members that do not have access to electronic services, please contact the Credit Union at 304-697-4652 for other delivery of services.  We will take loan requests through the online website, or by phone.  While this may delay immediate processing as the person to person visit, we can have all the necessary documents prepared and have members signing through the inside drive up window.

We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience to our membership, however, health safety of our staff and members is highest priority.

To date, no employee or member has been identified as having exposure to the Corona Virus, and no employee has experienced any symptom of the virus.
