Metro Community is excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new computer system August 1st, 2021.

On Monday August 2nd, 2021, we will be closed until 1 PM.

What this means for you

Mobile Banking

The Mobile app Touch Banking will go down on July 29th and be replaced with Metro MY CU on August 4th, 2021.

Online Banking will be available until July 30th.

We will Launch a new online banking with a new look AND new features on Wednesday, August 4th. Your login and password information will be account number and last four of your SSN if your account number is less than six digits you will need to add zeros to the front of your account.

Debit Cards

Debit Cards will be available during conversion.

Upgrading our computer systems will allow us to use new technology that will enable us to expand our services and improve processing to serve our members more effectively. While many of the changes will affect our internal systems, members will notice differences in online and mobile banking and a new look to the monthly statements.
